- Definitions :
The Company - refers to the operator of this Internet service, Instant PR Limited, company number 04905542.
The Service - refers to the web based email marketing service running on this web site.
Spam - refers to unsolicited commercial email; namely, emails sent without the intended recipient's express or implied consent.
By way of example, implied consent might be present if you have supplied goods or services to a customer, and are offering special prices on
similar/related goods or services.
- Outline Terms & Conditions :
- This is a monthly subscription service.
- There is no minimum period of contract.
- You can cancel at any time, but we will not refund the "partial
month" pro rata.
- You must pay by monthly recurring credit card payment or
standing order.
- Acceptable Usage Policy:
- The service is intended for businesses and organisations to
send newsletters, pricelists, special offers etc. to their customers or
members.
- Using the service to transmit spam is absolutely prohibited and
may result in account closure.
- You will not use purchased email address lists with this
service, without prior written consent by The Company.
